WebVirtual Desktop is far superior to Oculus Link. My recommendation is to buy Virtual Desktop then buy the game on Steam. It depends on the game, but for the most part, Virtual Desktop tends to look better than Airlink. VD is my goto for Quest PCVR and I only use Airlink if there's a specific reason to use Airlink.
WebTry lowering the bitrate in vd, enable sliced encoding, and boost clock rates. I have a 1070 and an ryzen 3600, the game runs smooth for me on my quest 2 via virtual desktop. Not sure about the other guy, but oculus library titles run like crap in VD for whatever reason currently. I own the game on both oculus lib, and steam.
