Volunteers are an integral part of the hospice program allowing VITAS to continue personalizing, enhancing, and expanding services offered to patients and families. WebThe 2024 program will offer students the opportunity to serve 50 hours during their assigned program session. The first week of each session will be virtual and the second week will be in-person at the main hospital. Each selected student will participate in one session only. The 2024 Summer High School Volunteer Application is now closed.
