That is what NR-211 is and what you want to look for. IMO, it is a much better wire than the 71T-GS, like the Fabshield 23. Interesting thing is Lincoln doesn't make a 71T-GS wire. Pro-Star (from Praxair) E71T-GS is Fabshield 23, as Hobart makes the "Pro-Star" wire for Praxair from what I'm told.
