I don't know much CMake so the only thing I tried to change in the cmake command is to add -D CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=/usr/lib, which didn't help. Any suggestions how I could proceed to find the problem? EDIT1 I've run cmake without the subsequent make and it seems all dependencies are met:

This will ensure CMake doesn't pick up and prefer ifort over Homebrew's gfortran. IMO, this it is a bug that CMake defaults to ifort over gfortran, but it is what it is.
