Some Kia and Hyundai models from 2011 to 2024 don’t have engine immobilizers installed, making them easier to steal. They may require a theft deterrent software update. I installed the Navigation Updater software and downloaded the latest update for the 2024-2024 Hyundai Ioniq Navigation IVI. I went to where the updater downloaded the files and opened up the system_package tar file.
