WebHere we go again. Probably over a decade ago now, the Doom community went through a similar fad. There were a dozen "HD texture/sprite" packs which were just textures upscaled and passed through a couple filters. Now, guess it's "AI." At the very least, the low-effort packs don't seem to make it worse anymore, so that's an improvement.
